Where the Hell Is President McCain?
Why…WHY..does John McCain not:
1. Name names: tell the voters that Chris Dodd and Barney Frank, and Chuck Schumer and Maxine Waters, and Gregory Meeks and Jaimie Gorelick and some of Obama’s own campaign staff
Ignored warnings as far back as 2002 AND are responsible for the collapse of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac?
2. Protest Gwen Ifill as the moderator in tomorrow night’s debate? He was asked if he thought Ms. Ifill’s pending book on Obama would be a conflict.
McCain’s wimpy answer: “No…I don’t believe it would”
3. Press the issue of nearly $429 million in un-documented campaign contributions which Obama received from “overseas sources”. Overseas sources? That would be a violation of the
Federal Election laws.
4. Press the issue of Obama in Iraq and a possible violation of the Logan Act?
5. Show the images of Obama speaking in Germany..and APOLOGIZING for the U.S..?
At last Friday’s debate, Sen McCain never mentioned:
Frank Raines..James Johnson…Tony Rezko..Daniel Mudd..William Ayers…Jeremiah Wright…”Father” Flager (Phlager?)
Obama’s “associations” are very troubling…as an indication of his judgement---yet, ignored by the media (naturally)..and to a large extent: by Sen McCain.
In the last two weeks, John McCain has been slipping in national and state polls for one reason: most people see Obama and the Democrats
as their economic “Saviors”---and John McCain does very little to change that impression (he talks about “Wall Street greed” and “not enough regulation”, “Golden parachutes” and several other one-liners from the Democrat Manifesto
McCain even allowed the Democrats to spin his campaign suspension as a “Politcial Stunt”—was it?
In terms of our current financial “crisis” it’s tough to distinguish John Obama from Barack McCain (not a typo). In an election year when most people are “hungry for change”, as pollsters would have us believe.
Obama will be seen as the real change—McCain appears to be just another candidate…”4 More Years of Bush”
That being said, as of now I’m supporting John McCain for President. But if he insists on morphing (yet again) into The Liberal-Let’s-All-Just-Get-Along John McCain..and refusing to FIGHT (what the hell happened to “Fight WITH me! Fight WITH me"..??)..then I’ll abandon John McCain, as will millions of others.
Please pass this along to Sen McCain (and excuse the language reminiscent of a great President from my party, Harry Truman):
Get off your ass John..YOU ARE LOSING THIS ELECTION. The Obama-enamored press is killing Palin and you every chance they get!...YOU need to punch back..and punch back real F—--ing hard—
just as Obama ridicules you at every stump—you need to do the same. The best moment at the debate was your retort to Obama “Oh, please”—it had just the right amount of incredulity and sarcasm Do That—A LOT.. You need to unleash Sarah Palin, also—she’s the Conservative which your “base” loves (your REAL base—not the press).—Sarah Palin is also a hero to a lot of us Democrats—self made, strong, SMART and actually LIVING HER CONVICTIONS and Beliefs. Palin has a great story to tell..and you guys have her co-hosting the CBS Evening News with Katie Couric. Get her on REAL shows…put her on radio with Bill Bennett, Mike Gallagher, Sean Hannity (again), Tammy Bruce, Mark Simone, Larry Kudlow and yes, even though you don’t like him—Rush Limbaugh (tens of millions of listeners—tens of millions of voters listen to these shows every day)
I believe in John McCain 94.9% (two weeks ago: 104.9%)..I’m certain that he is the best candidate. I THINK he would make an excellent President (two weeks ago I was certain of this)
But…if he won’t fight…why should I? If he won’t fight as The Candidate…how can I expect him to fight (for me and my family) as The President?
We love you John..but you’re letting us down. You’re laying down the Red Carpet for a (barely) one term Leftist Senator to waltz into the White House.(because you don’t want to Look Like A Conservative).and when he does, this Great Nation of ours is doomed.
Stop being Mr Nice Guy.
Get back in there and kick some…well, you get the idea.
