Some observations of the Presidential Election

1. Hillary looks like she taught herself to smile...like a blind man teaches himself to paint: either way, it doesn't really work..(but no one mentions it, out of politeness)

Is this our next President?






2. Barack sounds like a preacher..who only read the Cliff's Notes version of the Bible. He talks a lot, but says very little (But don't you just love him, anyway?)

3. John McCain is going out of his way to "Prove he's a Conservative"...like Ru Paul going out of (his/her/its) way to "Prove he's a woman"






4. Mike Huckleberry...uh..Huck-a-BEE..is still "In it to win It"..although, he wouldn't get enough delegates to his side unless the NY Times finds Jimmy Hoffa's skull buried in McCain's yard.







5. Bill Clinton's nose is twice it's original size..and 2 more shades of red..since he left office.

6. George H. W. Bush has endorsed Sen. McCain, calling him a "True Conservative"...which is like Jimmy Carter calling (NJ Gov.) Jon Corzine an "Effective Administrator".









7. Mitt Romney is a Mormon (that's not a criticism..I just can't think of anything negative or smarmy to say about him).
8. Ted Kennedy should be prohibited from singing in public (Isn't it amazing..the Senior Senator from Massachusetts belts out a song as soon as he lays eyes on a microphone..yet, it took him more that 24 hours to pick up a phone to report a car crash..hmmm.)





Nothing good ever comes of Teddy and bodies of water



9. George W. Bush should not be allowed to dance (in Liberia, or Texas, or anywhere).







10. The media reports that John Edwards is "being courted" by Hillary and Barrack...why? What can this guy do for them? Hey--Mrs Clinton, Mr. Obama..Kerry and Edwards lost North Carolina in '04 (that's the home state of the mill worker's son).







11. Bill Richardson is a Mexican-American (refer to point # 7, re Romney).

12. Ralph Nader is running..again. Ralph, buddy...you haven't been relevant since GM discontinued the Corvair (he's probably just trying to upstage McCain as "The Oldest Candidate")


13. NY Senator Chuck Schumer supports Hillary. Well, I haven't heard her mentioned ONCE in any of his Sunday news conferences...???








14. Dick Morris said he knows what Hillary "has to do" to turn it around..but he won't tell her.Dick really does know what's best for America.



15. Michelle Obama looks like a Cabbage Patch Kid.



(I don't know...can't see her shoes)









One of these is our next President...

A 1st term US Senator who hasn't distinguished himself (at all) throughout his political career...and doesn't respond with specifics when asked "Why are YOU qualified?"
OR
A 2nd term US Senator who hasn't distinguished herself (at all) throughout her political career...but claims she is the "most experienced" and is "Ready on Day One"..whatever that means.
OR
A 4th term US Senator who has no executive experience, and is more likely to vote with the opposition party on tax issues, and border issues, and national security issues ("I'll close Guantanamo Bay")

Go ahead. It's OK to cry.

Where the Hell Is President McCain?

Why…WHY..does John McCain not: 1. Name names: tell the voters that Chris Dodd and Barney Frank, and Chuck Schumer and Maxine Waters, and Gregory Meeks and Jaimie Gorelick and some of Obama’s own campaign staff Ignored warnings as far back as 2002 AND are responsible for the collapse of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac? 2. Protest Gwen Ifill as the moderator in tomorrow night’s debate? He was asked if he thought Ms. Ifill’s pending book on Obama would be a conflict. McCain’s wimpy answer: “No…I don’t believe it would” 3. Press the issue of nearly $429 million in un-documented campaign contributions which Obama received from “overseas sources”. Overseas sources? That would be a violation of the Federal Election laws. 4. Press the issue of Obama in Iraq and a possible violation of the Logan Act? 5. Why I'm voting "Democrat" This Year

OK...I've changed my mind. Up until last night..just after the "Barack-umentary" which opened my eyes (finally)..I was a strong McCain-Palin supporter. But now...I'm voting "Democrat"--right down the line. Here's why: The US Economy... 1. Democrats will raise taxes on all of those greedy, evil rich people..you know..the ones who own businesses, then hire people like us to work in those businesses.
